Infantile polycystic kidney is an uncommon inherited bilateral cystic disease of kidney which has ... r prognosis.
This paper presented a case of infantile polycystic kidney in a female neonate, which involved also the liver and pancreas.
She showed apnea, generalized cyanosis and marked abdominal distension at birth and had characte .stic Potter´s face.
She died within 2 hours after birth due to respiratory failure. The diagnosis was confirmed by autopsy.
